if you buy this, you should also buy a shop vac I did a lot of research and read many a review before purchasing the Zojirushi Fresh Brew, and I was very excited when it finally arrived. I loved the fact that it looked great, and I could remove the water basin to make filling up in the morning easier. After 3 months of using the machine I can say honestly this thing is a train wreck.
