Easy to assemble Easy to assemble and works great! We used this to help organize a family member’s kitchen. They had their kitchen table completely covered with small items and could no longer eat at the table with the clutter. Now this storage rack is small enough to place next to the frig and still not be in the way. It also holds a lot of items too as seen in the photo. A great buy!
Horrible I don’t think I’ve ever left a one star review, but this shelf pretty much sucks. The instructions don’t match up with the parts I was given, and the plastic clips are too small to fit around the poles. Whitmor customer service has been unresponsive, so now I have to lug this thing to the UPS Store to send it back for a refund.
Good kitchen unit as long as your careful. This unit works just fine in the kitchen as long as you treat it right. It’s not industrial grade so you have to be careful what you load on it and how you move it. Carefully is the first term that comes to mind. However, for the price it’s a great kitchen storage device. Made out of chrome plated steel so clean up is easy. If you need a more robust unit you’ll have to consider an industrial one. And, of course the price goes WAY up. $400 or $500 dollars is a good round industrial figure.
