Makes good coffee. It’s a good machine, and I like the thought that went into the presoak. A lot of guests in my home get confused by it and immediately think something is wrong. This machine presoaks the grinds. About a quarter cup comes out, liquid sits on the grinds for maybe a minute and then it brews the rest. I really like all the options for different coffees(how dark, how much, hot or cold). I do find myself grinding slightly finer to achieve the same results as my capresso. And of course, this machine…
Save your money… Upon delivery it was missing the ice coffee carafe that was listed in the product description. Then the machine broke after 4 months. It kept prompting me to run a clean cycle, so I did and it would stop part way through. I tried to run a classic cycle and it would brew for 5 seconds then beep 5 times and turn off. I tried cleaning again and would come back 2 hours later and the water reservoir would be half full still. Frustrating to pay this much for a coffee machine and have this much…
