Breaks and Keter won’t honor the warranty Purchased this product to use on our patio as it seemed perfect for our space. The center tube that supports the top to the base cracked making the table unusable. Contacted customer service who asked for original receipts and photos of defect. Sent both and then didn’t hear back for 3 months. Was offered a fractional refund instead of a replacement. I was told this was all they could do. Sad that Keter cannot make reliable products and even worse that they won’t honor their warranty. I would…
Feel A Little Mislead By The Picture First let me say that this is a very nice addition to our outdoor decor. It’s a fun item. Some reviewers complained of the top not holding drinks when in the open position. You have to twist the locking mechanism in place at the base of the pole, so that may have been something that was missed. I have set 2 full 2-liters of soda on the open lid (As a test) and it stays in place.My major complaint is the top of the unit. The picture does a great job of hiding the round silver piece…
Looks bad after one summer, steer clear from KETER products. After one summer the top looked terrible! I contacted KETER customer service based on their own description noting “Being weather-resistant, this piece can be left outside without worrying about rust, decay and other weather-related damage.”. Their response was to put WD40 on it. I would never purchase a KETER product, as they don’t stand behind their products!
