Streamlines a buffet! I like this a lot. It is not super heavy duty, but the removable trays clean easily and hold a lot of toppings. I use it in my outdoor pizza kitchen. It keeps toppings cold and insects out.The space for ice below is nice, but thin. I have to crush ice to fit the trays back inside if I want to close the lid. I found it easier to put about 1/2″ of water in the bottom and stash in the chest freezer the night before I want to use it. Then, it’s perfect.
Cannot use with ice cubes. I ordered this for my son’s grad party. It arrived intact, and even survived being dropped on a cement floor. The space under the containers could be bigger…there is not enough room for ice cubes, maybe crushed ice or an injury ice pack? But the containers were deep and I loved that it had a lid to keep the bugs off the condiments.
