Read the instructions I purchased this because we love them when we are staying in European hotel rooms. I assumed I could guess my way through this and got a cup of tepid water. SOOOO, just read the directions about how to preheat the water and then insert the pod and go for it. A perfect cup, single or double, every time! I close my eyes and believe for. Moment that O am back in the little hotel in the 1re arrondissement in Paris.
Great performer, odd shape This is my first nespresso-type machine (and first espresso machine of any type), so I can’t compare it to others on the market. But I can say that it works very well and is simple to use (and simple to clean). I’ve only had it a couple of weeks, so can’t comment on durability (although it seems to be very well-built).
