Good, but you NEED the (not included) funnel tip kit! I’ll say the most important part first: as another reviewer (Sirenyard) pointed out, this funnel is incomplete! You will need a funnel tip kit, Bunn part # 01031.0000. It took me two weeks of frustrated online searching to realize that this was the reason my machine was making unacceptably weak coffee. Nice upgrade, but incomplete The quality of this funnel basket is good and I can see it lasting longer than I would ever need it to.One note however is that this is not the complete basket as Bunn intended it. Yes it absolutely works as is, but I wondered why the hole was bigger than the hole in the factory standard plastic funnel basket. A Must for a Bunn Commercial Coffe Maker I wish Bunn would skip the plastic basket, charge a bit more money and just include the metal basket as a standard feature. The unused plastic one will remain in a box as a spare (god only knows why I’ll keep it… hate to just toss it; maybe I’ll ask a restaurant if they’d like it). The metal basket is perfect – larger than the plastic one and built to last. Plus the reason I got a commercial coffee maker was to avoid the plastic so commonly used in “consumer” products.
