Very thin, you wouldn’t think it mattered that much … Very thin, you wouldn’t think it mattered that much, but every time I go to take the grounds out of the pot, they tear. I’ve used them about a week and will just throw the rest away.
Brew Rite Coffee Filters Got tired of buying ‘generic’ coffee filters at dollar store…this package of 700 will last a long time!! Every now & then, I pull one out that isn’t cut exactly right, but for the price, I just grab another!!I have a friend who made a wreath out of coffee filters…she said she’d like to get a couple pkgs of these!
Great for smaller (4-cup) coffee makers I use these with a basic 4-cup coffee maker and they’re fine for that.Like others who’ve used these in larger coffee makers, I’ve had times when the filter would collapse and fold, leading to a clogged machine or grounds in the pot. That happens very rarely, though I can imagine it happening regularly in the larger coffee makers.For the price, and for my usage, these are great.
