Saeco Intelia Deluxe Espresso Machine Sometimes looks disappoint and there is nothing of substance behind the beauty, but that is not the case here. This espresso machine is stylish and virtually effortless, a radical departure from my current machine which, granted, cost about half the price of this one and is much more labor intensive both in maintenance and daily use.

The one we got did not do ground coffee, only whole beans. It may have been a dud. I really wanted to like this machine after a friend told me all about theirs. I must say I do really like the milk frother part that comes off and goes right in the fridge and easily installs. The problem I have is the ground coffee part. It just doesn’t do it. It locks up everytime. Read the directions, spent an hour on the internet/tech support. No answers. I love the Cappacinos that it makes, but if I am going to invest this much money and counter space into a machine it needs to do…
