I want to love this! This seemed like a great product! I wish I could say it was better than it is. After having it approximately a month, the “clean” light came on. I cleaned it 3X, and the light is still on. I purchased one as a gift for a friend as well, and she too is having trouble with it doing the same. You can’t get the light to go off, no matter how many times you try to clean it, or what you do. I have a water softener hooked up to my house, so I know it isn’t getting near the mineral…
Please read if you are having issue with getting your CLEAN light to go OFF! Tuesday, January 30, 2018 1:23 PMI was very sad after I had my coffee pot for awhile that I could not get the cleaning light to turn off!! I googled, researched and found that a lot of people were having the same issue. You can even find MANY negative reviews here on Amazon about this coffee pot and mostly they are just complaining about the problem with the cleaning light. I am sad that Ninja has not replaced the cleaning instructions with updated directions, since just on here…
I’m sure if it wouldn’t leak I’m sure if it wouldn’t leak and ninja wouldn’t say in order to replace it on there warranty I wouldn’t have to pay all the shipping it would be my favorite coffee maker ever but since it makes the danger of my home burning down it ranks down there between piece of $?it and piece of crap. Amazon replaced it once and the replacement leaked from a different spot of the machine. Once the second one started leaking it was past the 30 day with amazon. I’m gonna turn this heap into a lawn ornament.
