Why to big Didn’t cook chicken golden brown. Might of been broken didn’t seem to get very hot. Sent back..

We cooked our Thanksgiving turkey in the Nesco Infrared Turkey Fryer. It cooked about as fast as when we deep fry the turkey and turned out crispy an juicy. Ours was a 16 pound turkey and from turning it on to being finished was just about an hour (1 hour 5 min). I injected a butter marinade into the breast and did a garlic herb rub. Fast & Delicious Baby Back Ribs on the Nesco Vertical Roaster My wife bought me a new cooker for Christmas.
