Great buy! I’m not sure what kind of “cup” they used to measure 4 cups of coffee unless they were made by Mattel for Barbie. This coffee maker makes 1 1/2 mugs of coffee. I wanted it for my office so actually, 1 1/2 cups is fine for me. I don’t need more than that. But just don’t expect 4 real cups of coffee because you wont’ bet getting from this little baby. This is a no-frills coffee maker that gets the job done adequately. Definitely worth the price. There is a spring-loaded button on…

If you are realistic, then it can be a good deal. An 8-point evaluation with usage suggestions. VALUE. The maker is roughly $15, the cost of two fancy coffee shop drinks. Expect to get 50-400 pots out of it before replacement. That still can be a good deal. It is an inexpensive, simple and somewhat delicate machine for either long-term light use or short-term heavy use.QUALITY. You will take a small risk on quality. As other reviews explain, you could get a lemon. Really use it for 30 days to see what you have.POUR. I was impressed by the pour. Not a drip. Actually…

RIDICULOUS NARROWED TOP ON POT SHAPE ! My fault, I glanced quickly at photos, I thought the pot was more straight-sided. Boo ! All I want is a reasonably priced coffee maker with AN EASY TO CLEAN STRAIGHT SIDED POT ! What is wrong with these designers ? They used to make easy to clean coffee makers, it’s not like it hasn’t been invented… Duh ! I really don’t care what brand, just a basic functional coffee maker. I need the 4 cup version because my handicapped apt has lower top cabinets for easy access.
