Fast and Tasty Lattes from a Durable Machine! I will start off by saying I’ve had this machine for a little less than two years. I use it almost every morning to make a latte. The process is so simple and takes less than 5 minutes. Great Machine! Read my tips… I love this coffee machine. I suggest the following for the most amazing coffee: get both a 4 cup wire coffee filter basket and also use a paper coffee filter. By doing this it slows the drip process down so that the hot water sits in the espresso grains longer. Use 4 heaping tsp’s of a good dark espresso like Cafe Bustelo or Starbucks Dark Espresso Roast.
