As I had hoped The only reason this is a four star coffee maker is because of the price. It’s built cheap with no quality control as evidenced by all the premature breakdowns, but this is my second and it was still working when I retired it although it did have a rusted warming plate. The heating element is cheap iron and the paint even cheaper. It did slow down over the years even with periodic vinegar cleaning but the coffee was pretty much the same from the first cup to the last. The only reason I changed…
Great coffee maker Ive purchased this to replace the exact same coffee maker Iâve had for a year and a half. Iâm only replacing because I canât clean deep into the water tub and I want a fresh clean maker. Iâve had no issues with my pot except for the difficulty cleaning the tank. This is a Simple coffee maker- mine has held up perfectly which is why Iâve purchased it again. I didnât need any clock or programming- I prefer the basic style. Great coffee maker.
Worked fine for two months but two weeks after the return … Worked fine for two months but two weeks after the return window closed it broke down. Power light comes on but it doesn’t brew. Went through the troubleshooting guide in the instruction manual and FAQs on the Mr. Coffee website with no luck. Will replace with a different brand.
