Frequently Q&A：

Q1: Not working or start button defective?

A: Please open the lid and check if the water in the tank is goes down or not. After the water goes down, then close the lid, press the button, it will works fine.

Q2: Leaking?

A: Please have a check if the filter bowl seals missing. If missing, pls contact our customer service for the replacement. 

Q3: K-Cup not works fine?

A: 1. Please have a check if the capsule is successfully pierced. 2. If the capsule is successfully pierced still not wroks, pls contact our customer service for further help.

Q4: The machine could  boil the water, but no coffee comes out?

A: It maybe the internal pressure relief valve is missing, pls contact our customer service for help.

Q5: Only brew 1/2 or 2/3 cup of coffee and brew very slow?

A: Please open the lid and check if the water in the tank is goes down or not. After the water goes down, then close the lid, press the button, it will works fine.

Q6: Unable to pierce coffee capsules?

A: If the coffee capsules could not pierce, pls kindly check if the coffee capsules are placed correctly. After placed correctly, pls press it down firmly, make sure the coffee capsule bottom have been pierced. And then close the lid, it will works fine.
