Do Not Buy-Two DOA brewers The first brewer I was sent worked well for four or five days. The it got stuck on the Clean cycle and would not brew a complete pot of coffee. I would have to power off and hit Brew again five or six times to get it to make a whole pot. So Amazon sent me another. Same thing. After that I had them send me a different brand. Crappy brewer, great Amazon customer service.
Brandname quality This is the first KRUPS product I have purchased. Out of the box, I was very impressed with the quality of the coffee maker. This morning was my first time brewing with it. I am pleased with the taste and smoothness of the coffee. Filling the than was an easy task and the waterline was easy to see. The only “complaint” so far is with the handle of the pot. My previous coffee maker, which was also a Krups, lasted many years and made good tasting coffee, so I decided to replace it with another Krups.
