Love it I ordered this machine to replace the giant one I had before which finally died after years of use. I like this one a lot better because the color is prettier and it doesn’t take up so much counter space. I like that it only holds one cup of water at a time. My son had a bad habit of letting the water in the big, black Keurig sit around for a couple of days and then using it. Gross. Now I know he can’t do that with this machine. It brews a great cup of coffee and seems quieter than my old…

Can’t use reusable filter Already thrown away. You can only make up to 12oz. You CANNOT use the reusable Keurig filter in this (yes, even the filter from Keurig doesn’t fit). In fact it got stuck and I was unable to get it out again, rendering the rntire machine unusable. No, travel mugs DO NOT fit, even when you removed the bottom catch tray. The cord is maybe two feet long so looking for an open space to plug this in is a pain. Don’t waste the money.

Slow as Molasses in January Compared to the Bunn MyCafe which we replaced, this machine takes forever to make a cup of coffee. With the Bunn, you put the Kcup in, add water and press the button. Within 30 seconds, you have a cup of coffee. With this, you add water and wait (what seems interminably) for a brew light, then press the brew button. After more waiting, it draws the water in and (you guessed it) wait for 2 MORE minutes for it to brew. Plenty of time to pour water into your kettle and boil it for your tea…
