Kuerig Elite internal water reservoir can’t be drianed for storage. Coffee machine kind of cheap and internal reservoir can not be emptied per manufacturer in Canada that I called to see if it could be drained for storage. Guess what, it can’t, so water inside sits waiting for your next use weeks later!! Other Kuerig models can be drained (per internet help). Sure you could run some hot water through before next use but if there were bacterial or mold growth during storage, it could be a health problem in my opinion. Received on April 2nd, and already having issues We received this on April 2nd, started using it on April 3rd, and we are already having issues with it. When it doesn’t shut down on us in the middle of making a cup of coffee, the coffee it brews is very good. I like the iced coffee button, as it makes it stronger to account for the ice watering it down. Overall, somewhat satisfied with the product. This is our third Keurig, and we have never had issues with our units in the past. Disappointed in this one, especially since it is only 20-days…
Perfect for us I see some people donât like it compared to their other keurigs. This is my first and I think itâs amazing. I havenât gotten the chance to try it for iced coffee yet but the fact that thereâs the option- I love that. Perfect for me and my husband.
