Don’t press the plunger all the way down until the coffee is the strength you like. It really is easy to use and to clean and makes wonderful coffee. So, what’s wrong, you ask? I really like this item I really like this item, however, I have found that the plastic tube into which you pour the hot water very easily cracks. This is because I was not careful to heat the water only to 200 degrees fahrenheit. I did use water closer to the boiling point. Mistake. Otherwise, the coffee maker does great with any K-Cup. It is very easy to clean and takes up very little space. So, be very careful to use water only at 200 degrees fahrenheit and the coffee maker will be great!
