Not user friendly Iâm still trying to get that perfect cup of coffee. I recently broke my gourmia gcm4900 pour over model and learned they retired that model so I had to get this one. The gcm4900 was very easy to use and made the BEST coffee with no effort. This one has crazy dials and you have to figure out math and is complicated.
