Great espresso, crazy steamer! Purchased through amazon directly and not through a seller, got this at a good price of $223 and so far the espresso maker itself is quite perfect. Quick and easy and makes really great espresso. The noise however just makes me laugh, it sounds very similar to a sound I’ve heard from a sci-fi movie so I feel like aliens are attacking every time I hear it. Bought this product in January. Has worked perfectly until … Bought this product in January. Has worked perfectly until this week. I’ve used Delonghi filters and Delonghi DeCaulking liquid when the machine indicated it needed descaling. Have cleaned the unit completely after every use, which is daily. Today it stopped working. Called Customer Service. They told me to do everything I had already tried and it still doesn’t work.
