Just died November 2016 — doesn’t push water up into the coffee basket, even after multiple attempts to decalcify/clean.Prior to this, it’s been a champ. Used it almost everyday. Poor customer service when unit starts messing up First pot was awesome. Arrived on time and looks very nice on the counter. Got it registered and discovered it has a three-year warranty. Very pleased with the purchase.
