Too many steps to brew a cup This coffee machine has two great features for what I was looking for. When I purchased Caynel Single Serve Coffee Maker, I was assuming it is as simple to operate as my CHULUX Single Serve Coffee Maker. To my disappointment, while this coffee maker does produce nice and hot coffee (slightly better than Chulux), but at same time, I need to “babysit” this guy in order to start the coffee making. Great product This coffeemaker is exactly what I was looking for in every way!!! I got rid of my huge heavy Keurig & I’m glad I did! This one is quiet, brews quickly, & it does not store water inside of the machine that you can never remove like the Keurig! Best of all, it only uses a small amount of storage space. Compact, easy to use, does the job. If you are looking for a simple K-cup coffee maker, this is a fantastic product at an affordable price point.

i love well prepared coffee! I really love coffee! But few last weeks i wanted new coffee machine and well prepared coffee by it, because my old one is too old and it’s really does not cope with its task. That machine is great and i will give her 5 stars!
