Lovie this coffee maker. Burning smell fix. I love the way this makes coffee. More in the dunkin donuts, local coffee shop/diner way. Its a little lighter than a drip brew, but seems to me anyway to be higher in caffeine. Some reviewers have stated there is a burning plastic smell from the maker. I had this problem. It is not from burning epoxy/plastic as one reviewer erroneously stated. The problem is that with the water in the tank being kept at a high temperature at all times, if you only rinse the pot quickly instead of washing…
Wonderful. Just buy it. Oh my gosh who knew that having a Bunn was going to be so wonderful! I love it. I can make coffee when someone comes over and it is done before you can blink. I love this. I really recommend this. I’ve gone through lots of cheaper coffee makers and was really hesitant to get this. I started adding up the cost of replacing coffee makers and decided to bite the bullet. It is so worth it. If you have never tried one, get this. It’s wonderful. Seriously.
