Need to test and adjust grind and amount to get quality espresso shots So I purchased this unit based on a CNET review as being one of the better units that would not cost me over a 1,000 bucks. It took longer than what I wanted to get shipped but when it arrived I read the manual thoroughly since my first and 2nd attempt I did not get the right pressure based on the default settings. Mind you that the manual said the default would probably be OK. I had to test and learn and finally had the grind at 3 and amount i set to slightly more than default setting. When…
A reasonable home unit. Mine has so many leaks it is not really usable. It works ok when I use it directly after filling it with water, the water leaks out of the storage into the lower tray in a few hours. The porta filter also leaks no mater what we tried. Before you decide I am just inexperienced, please know my girlfriend has been a Barista for 9 years and she is the primary operator. We are impressed with it’s appearance but I am sure for the money spent I could get some decent art!
Wonderful machine and itâs saving me money! I read some reviews that were mixed, but decided to pull the trigger! Iâm glad I did! I have thoroughly enjoyed this machine so far (2 months use). It is pretty easy to use! I will say, going with a higher quality bean makes a world of difference getting the settings right! Overall Iâm very happy with my purchase and itâs saving me money! I will update if anything changes!
