it does not work and size is wrong I took this out of box. cleaned it like it said to do. It made one pot of coffee and now it does not work at all. the lights for the display come on. but no coffee is made. poor product and false advertisement as far as the 12 cup size that is stated on the glass pot it states 10 cup. I should have went with a brand I know. the instructions are written poorly. there is no phone number for support. they say ” contact a local repair shop” do not buy this maker. save yourself the headaches.
