Broken and cracked frame and no returns allowed I bought this specifically for the box frame and tea display, however this was not packaged with any form of barrier for protection against breakage. Naturally, the display case which is made of plastic (not glass) is cracked. Since it is a food item, the product is not eligible for return so it appears I have no recourse. I would not recommend purchasing this if your purpose is to have a nice display for your tea, as it is highly likely that it will arrive cracked during the shipping process.
My only complaint is glass pane on lid is very thin and I recieved it broken wrapped in plastic wrap Good quality teas
Great buy! This was a much bigger box than I was expecting, but well made with a wide variety of teas. I love Twinings so these should be wonderful. Can’t wait to tuck in!
