i have ordered many of these beautiful and fun mugs for myself and as gifts Hi…i have ordered many of these beautiful and fun mugs for myself and as gifts..today after pouring hot water into the mug it literally cracked in my hand and almost burnt me…no good reason, the mug was not cold, it had been sitting in my cupboard. Would ;love a replacement…this is the first time I have ever had an issue. HELP!

I got this cup for my husband who was wanting his own coffee mug that could hold more coffee and this one fit the bill. My son picked it out for him and is very happy that his dad was excited when he saw it, and even more happy with the amount of coffee it could hold.
Just wasn’t funny and was taking my time and patience to return … I have ordered this mug and instead of saying “you’re the strongest person” it said: “Hair stylist”. Ok this might be an honest mistake. So i reordered and returned the “Hair Stylist” mug. I received the “Hair Stylist” mug again. Just wasn’t funny and was taking my time and patience to return the thing.
