Very beautiful This will be part one of my review. First I want to say, 5 stars for the packaging, how sweet the tea pot looks and how the tea blooms. Absolutely beautiful especially if you are into optics.Now I ordered two cans of tea. I tried the pomegranate tea, the armoa is beautiful the taste was like drinking plan hot water.I let it steep for 15 minutes and it was extremely mild and after 20 minutes it became slightly bitter.I have many flavors to try but so far not a…
Wonderful! Tasty and beautiful 🙂 Loooooove it!!! The flowers are gorgeous and the tea is wonderful. Except the lid – dropped the lid on accident and the lid cracked and the heart broke off. My own clumsiness is the real reason and I ended up ordering a replacement lid just yesterday because the pot itself is fine.Just a fair warning: the glass lid (and most likely pot itself) is very fragile so just make sure you hold on to the lid while pouring (because not holding on is how I broke it 😅).
Deffective lid, Not returnable and their Customer service email does not work! Manufacturing defect on the knob. The lid is defective, I would like to get a replacement lid. Everything else is fine and well packagrd but very rough finish on the righ hand side of the knob. Left side is fine but the finish on the right hand side of the heart shaped knob is really rough. I tried to request a replacement but it does not let me request a return or replacement item. Hope the seller can provide me with a replacement lid.
