Be wary item may come damaged & no refunds The hot cocoa had exploded on everything. It’s a mess. I was giving it as a gift and now it is completely useless. I tried to hit return and it won’t let me & states that this item is not returnable. Well that is upsetting because it came damaged through no fault of my own & I guess it just doesn’t matter. My money doesn’t matter. Super messed up. The picture is also deceiving, picture how big you think it is then imagine it as half that size.
They forgot to pack the best part — the Starbucks Coffee was not included. I ordered two sets, one to give and one to keep. It is a fun gift with the cup and all, but was disappointed because the one I kept did not have the Starbucks Coffee included. I am just hoping that the one I gave was complete. As for myself, I really feel disappointed.
A bit deceiving… Picture is very deceiving. The three cookies are tiny. Everything but the mug is much smaller than it looks. Giving as a gift, so I feel I need to add more to the cup.
