DO NOT OEDER IF YOU LIVE HIGH ABOVE SEA LEVEL BECAUSE THEY WILL LITERALLY EXPLODE I live in Colorado and when these came, they looked very nice. But I put one of them down softly on my granite counter, it shattered with the sound of a gunshot and threw glass everywhere. I think this is because the huge atmospheric pressure difference from the sealed double wall to the +6000 feet enviroment. Luckily, I got none of the glass embedded in my skin despite the shards being thrown multiple feet and very sharp. Needless to say, I am very dissapointed and will never order this…
Beautiful but very fragile These mugs are gorgeous! I would have given them 5 stars. But I am terrified of washing them. They are very thin and fragile! Do not put in the dishwasher!Edit: I have had these cups for a year, and they are still going strong! Even though they appear fragile, they have help up perfectly! I still don’t put them in the dishwasher, but I love these mugs so much, that I am going to now get more!
They’re neat looking, but that’s about it. Is … They’re neat looking, but that’s about it. Is not an insulator. The only temperature it keeps is “room”. It does, however, work well with a candle warmer and you can tell how much is in the cup. I dare not try to see if it’s microwave safe. I assume not since it has a sealed cavity.
