Great product, takes edge off hunger I was not totally sure what I was in for, but I have to say, three days in, I am loving this product! The taste is slightly bland but I have found that adding it to my normal espresso in the morning is delicious. It literally has taken the complete edge off my hunger. I sometimes work out of a home office, which is the worst place for snacking, and since Iâve had the coffee, I do not think about food or snacks. I have fallen asleep easily every night as well. It does not make me jittery…
It works!!! I wish it came 30 in pack. The stuff works though! I would like to find something just as good with more in a box. Itâs expensive, but I scored a 3 box deal for $80 on the actual website.I have more energy and loss 7lbs in 2 weeks. I donât work out and I donât diet. 7lbs just from drinking the coffee.
Surprisingly Effective I wasn’t sure what to expect from Lean Joe Bean instant coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised. I did notice that it did curb my hunger after drinking it in the morning at work. I didn’t feel hungry for about 6 hours each time I drank one cup in the morning. It tastes great and I’ve enjoyed every cup. My only complaint is that is needs to be stirred VERY well with either very hot water or milk, otherwise some of the coffee settles to the bottom of the cup and leaves for not the best flavored…
