Great Warranty and customer service We used this set right after we bought it for our summer trip. Unfortunately a wheel broke off of the large piece and the lock was jammed on the medium piece during the trip (we all know how things happen at airports). When we got back I contacted the company in regards to the warranty. There is a 5 year warranty on the set and the breaks were covered! They shipped us a new set of luggage that arrived this week. Easy to maneuver and attractive We just bought these before a family trip to Florida approximately a month ago. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. The backpack that came with it was also very durable and we brought with us as a carry-on. It came in super handy the entire trip.
