Exterior and interior boxes intact, interior contents damaged and not usable. Box arrived intact, but interior content broken and coffee grounds all over the place. Neither of the interior boxes appear damaged, so the k cups are damaged from the seller. Poor quality AND not eligible for return.Edited to add pictures of 60 k cups purchased, 6 were horribly damaged and more than 10 appear to have thumb marked pushed into the tops making them useless in a keurig. Thanks Custom Variety Pack for stealing my money!
1/3 of the Pods Where Not Compatible! 1/3 of the cups not keurig compatible!! Other than that, I loved this variety pack. Unfortunately wonât reorder because Iâm just not into wasting money if I canât use a portion of what Iâm buying. 🙁 the bottom of compatible pods should look like the photo.
if you like weird flavors the variety pack included only one hot chocolate cup, one cider and two tea’s. out of all 30 cups, I would maybe try 5 of the “normal” coffee cups. the rest sounded awful to me. I didn’t know what to expect with a ‘variety’ pack. now I do. but….if you like weird flavors, this might be good. it’s just not for me. also found out it was a “non returnable item”. However, AMAZON, being the amazing customer service company they are….said they would give me a full refund…
