A Great Quick Meal On The Go! I have to be honest. The only reason I bought the Cafe Essentials Mocha Java Beverage Mix was to make the Life Time Fitness Mocha Madness Shake and it did not disappoint. OMG, that shake was sooooooooo delicious! It’s very filling too. It was several hours before I even thought about wanting to eat a meal. I can’t speak to the nutritional value or even if this mix is actually healthy but, if you want a delicious shake, pick this up!

Mocha Madness Secret Ingredient If you are looking to replicate Life Time Fitness’ Mocha Madness Shake, this is the ingredient that makes it taste awesome. The only warnings I have are that it does not come with a scoop (just use the one that comes with your protein powder) and there is no nutritional information on the back.
