So far, I love this pot! So far, it’s great and I’m surprised that some of the criticisms of the pot are not true of mine, at least after one day of constant use. We drink a lot of coffee in our foster home. Our pots get used a lot. The only way I see someone having to pump more than 3 times to get 16 ounces is if they aren’t gentle with it. The pumps are full. I’ve seen people pumping other pots by hitting them down quickly with their palms. This pot needs a gentle, firm pressure on the pump handle. It works…
Hot hot hot..plastic top careful not to break It would be a 5 star review,The good first… AWESOME TO KEEP LIQUID HOT HOT HOT for long time!!!!! And alot of it!!!The minus 2 stars.. when I cleaned it for the first time I removed the inner part of the lid like the directions say and one tab broke (one time use)… I figured this little piece shouldn’t cost much to replace nor did I think they would replace it (I did not ask). found it online I would have to buy the whole new top!! No way…Be careful when washing…
Zojirushi rocks Great for a party! I did not bother to fill it with hot water first, and 24 hours later the coffee was still steaming hot, with the container only about 1/4 full. Zojirushi just rocks like that.Comes with a cleaning wand, which I accidentally threw with the box. Ooopsies! You do need something like that to clean it with, as your hand cannot fit through the hole. I ended up taping a rubber spatula to a bottle brush for extra reach. It worked.
