Espresso? — I Hate Strong coffee! I’m not a fan of strong coffee at any level and by any preparation. Having said that I am compelled to admit that my very first cup of espresso was made using this brand of bean. Not being a coffee aficionado I can only surmise that it is the product itself and not the brewing…

Absolutely the best for traditional ristretto espresso. The best coffee bean blend that I have found; that is after spending many hundreds of dollars and years of searching and buying coffee beans to make the traditional Italian style ristretto in my pro espresso machine. We like long slow espressos pours. After reading several reviews about little rocks found among the beans that could destroy the grinder we looked for a different brand and we are so happy we did We recently upgraded to an espresso maker and a burr grinder and started with Lavazza Supercrema beans first. After reading several reviews about little rocks found among the beans that could destroy the grinder we looked for a different brand and we are so happy we did. The flavor of the Filicori Zecchini beans is balanced but distinct and produces a beautiful crema. No reason to go back to Lavazza! These beans are superior.
