Huge LEAK on first use! Nice coffee STAINS ON CARPET! We got this for our team event. On its very first use, it started leaking profusely when the coffee was getting hot. It stained the carpet very nicely – not! So if you have light-colored carpet, beware of this West Bend coffee urn. Old faithful I replaced a pot exactly the same that I have had for 30 years. Not fancy, but an old standby. I make coffee for a group of 20 or so who visit the pot throughout the morning.
