ABOUT TULLY’S: Some professionals need to approach their jobs slowly and with a great deal of care. Like tightrope walkers. Or brain surgeons. Or tattoo artists. At Tully’s, the same holds true for creating great coffee. It takes a lot of time and patience, which is why we slow roast our coffee beans to gently coax out the complex flavors and aromas. With roots in the Pacific Northwest, where coffee is a way of life, we take our time in roasting and in training each master roaster in our artisanal approach. From the aroma to the full-bodied flavor, you can taste the time taken in every satisfying cup of Tully’s coffee. Now we invite you to take your time discovering it.

Quality control issue I like the coffee, but…in my latest order I am experiencing a significant number of improperly sealed cups. I’ve attached a picture comparing a good and bad Kcup. The good ones have a “dome” in the top indicating internal pressure, and thus, a good seal. The bad cups do not have a “dome” in the top and most have…

coffee isn’t the same- somethings wrong The last order I received of this coffee was horrible. The labels on the K-cups were different from the packaging but more importantly is that the contents were nothing like my favorite Tully’s Hawaiian coffee i have previously purchased. I will not risk making another purchase of this product from amazon. The coffee is not the same.

Bad batch received… disappointing. Bad batch! Looks like I’m not the only one recently that is experiencing exploding cups at the end of the brew. I attached a photo of the batch information. I suspect the coffee is too finely ground and becoming like cement by the end of the brew. When Keurig does what I suspect is a “clean” where it forces water through at the end of the brew, the pressure can’t get through the used coffee grounds and blows out the top hole and coffee grounds explode out everywhere.Time to order…
