Defective, sub-par cups I usually buy a 60-count box containing 6 smaller boxes of 10 cups each. Perhaps I was inattentive and clicked this thinking it was a re-order. The box arrived with 60 cups all in a pile together (no smaller boxes). One of the cups was already missing its lid, with coffee grounds spilled throughout the box. On use, the cups regularly leak coffee grounds into the machine and coffee cup. One of the cups seemed to be entirely lacking sugar (although this is supposed to be coffee with ‘cream’…
