Not quite what I expected The author is a chef turned nomad, and he creates spectacular meals from his van. But I wouldn’t exactly call this a cookbook, although it has a lot of recipes. It’s more of an outdoor fine dining inspiration book. It is beautifully photographed and artistically presented, not just the food but the great outdoors, with young people having fun, doing sports, cooking and enjoying scrumptious feasts.But I’m not a young person in a van. I’m an old person in a very basic truck camper. So…
