If you like a more “robust” flavor, –this is what I’d say about this one.The Bean is a bit more oily (natural to be oily, not an issue, just say’in), than others if concerned about your grinder, — real fine tooth grinder is fine after two bags so far. This is a strong but flavorful organic coffee The taste of coffee is very, very subjective.Years ago I used to drink 8 O’clock coffee, no longer. This is a strong, delicious organic coffee that we love. The coffee ground is not “Dark” color like typical dark roast Coffee is described as “Dark Roast” It is certainly not that. After I ground the coffee I can already tell it is not Dark Roast. The coffee ground is not “Dark” color like typical dark roast.Gave it a shot and brew the coffee and it tasted exactly like I thought. It was more like an light or medium roast coffee at best.For anyone like myself who likes true dark roast coffee this is not one to go for.
