Great Percolator But It Does Not Hold 28 Cups… This appears to be a well-built, stainless steel percolator. The handle is securely spot welded, the basket, lid and strainer all fit well together and the glass sight is heavy and should perform well for the life of the pot. The polished finish is extremely classy as well. This will be the perfect large coffee pot for our group campouts.However there are a couple minor issues which result in only four stars.First, is the basket holes will allow fine coffee grounds…

Love This For Our Camp Use this at our rustic camp in Maine on Gas Stove. Works great, makes good coffee when using right amount of coffee and brew time. We brew for about 10 minutes. It will boil over if you don’t turn it down once perking, but I have had this happen with every other stove top percolator I have used. It makes a lot of coffee, holds almost a full gallon of water if you fill to just below the basket. Lid hinge is slightly flimsy but will be used in a camp and not transported around so no issue. AWESOME!!! I ordered my pot from some reseller I never heard of off this website for more than half off retail. Wow! what a cheap price! Well, I didn’t know it, but it came without the extra glass cover and basket cover. On first use the glass cover cracked, still usable though.
