Pods are often damaged Over time, the number of pods that are ripped open in each bag. I have been buying these pods for several years for both home and office and they are obviously not cheap. On my last order I had every bag with at least one broken pod and one bag nearly every pod was damaged. Amazon Customer service has been really great, however the for the price, these should really have higher quality standards. I absolutely love my Senseo coffee maker, the originals are getting harder to find out there.
