Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Product I bought this 2 years ago, and used it pretty much every day and it makes great coffee. I had to order replacement filters, and the Secura replacement filters for this French Press did not fit. I emailed the seller, and within hours they emailed back saying they redesigned the French Press slightly since I bought it so the new filters would not fit the old press, and to rectify the situation, they were sending me a brand new French Press free of charge. I received the new French Press 2 days…
Awesome french press for family I got this french press after my coffee machine broke. And I love it! The quality of coffee it makes is much more rich than the drip type coffee machine! I run adult art classes on Saturdays and I sometimes offer my students coffee or tea and all of them have been pretty impressed by what I made using this press! Very nice finish and seems good quality. Very nice quality and finish and the extra screens are appreciated, I especially like that the edges of the screens are folded back so no fraying will occur, and the screens will last longer as well they seem to scrape nice and quiet when pressing the grounds. Metal on metal is not a pleasant sound and it is minimized with this press.The only quibble is that these do not seem to be true vacuum sealed as the outside gets warm fairly quickly, a true vacuum sealed vessel would keep the…
