Well done! What a sweet and delightful book. I’m a Danish American and cherish my scandinavian heritage. It was so fun to riffle through the pages of this book. It inspired me to plan a Midsummer’s Eve party to celebrate Summer solstice this year. The photos are very beautiful, the recipes simple and the author’s memories are touching. I like the book enough to have purchased more for gifts. Well done!

Cooking and crafting with scandinavian elegance Absolutely gorgeous book full of recipes, crafts and traditions throughout the year. The recipes (many from the authors family) are the type that I would add to our regular rotation, both sweets and savory and all easy to find ingredients. The craft projects are so elegant and unique, the kinds of things that look store bought and you would be happy to display in your home.
