Disappointing Product worked fantastically for about 4 or 5 uses (used 1 day per week to make coffee for church). After that, the ready light stopped working, the pot continued to brew instead of going to warm after the coffee brewed, and the coffee burned. Had to unplug the pot off after the brewing cycle to keep it from burning, which of course resulted in cold coffee after awhile. Unfortunately I missed the return window. Very disappointed.

We may have bought a defective one, but it shouldn’t last only 4 months, especially for the price we paid.
don’t handle without at mit. Lid can get very hot. Makes more than 40 cups in less than an hour for ourlarge group.
