Simply works and so convenient! We got this at a great value here on Amazon and it is so useful. Hot water is always ready at our fingertips and the size is perfect. We like that water doesn’t sit in here too long as it would in a larger unit. We pour in fresh water every 2-3 days so it gets a lot of turnover. Rusting lid With the latest one I purchased in October 2017, inside the lid, the metal plate and rubber gasket is rusting after few months of use. I had to get a new one every couple of years due to rusting of the lids in the past. Won’t be buying this brand again. The quality is worsening.Contacted Panasonic about the rusting parts to get a replacement, but they said these faulty parts are not cover under the 1 year warranty.
