Love this book A beautiful book…the art and stories are wonderful. Haven’t tried the recipes yet, but they look very good, especially the on-boat snacks. Would have liked trying some back when we owned & sailed on Mobile Bay & the Gulf. We understand how Mississippians feel about their coast; it’s really lovely. We enjoy parts of the Alabama coast and love living near the Bay.Don’t really cotton to coffee table books (especially fancy cookbooks) but this book is too beautiful to be with the rest…
Great cookbook! I love to read cookbooks and this book is exceptional. The history is a fascinating read and the recipes are great. I gave three of them for Christmas and have received rave reviews.
Live Mississippi Gulf Coast History and Great Recipes An interesting tale of Mississippi Gulf Coast history and tasty legacy recipes. And the price was significantly lower than bookstore prices.
