Don’t waste your money This product is a piece of crap! Not to mention that it comes from China. It is the epitome of poor workmanship. Our local Bed Bath and Beyond sell this piece of junk too. Unbelievable, but true. The push plunger is very temperamental. if you push down with any amount of uneven pressure or if you should happen to twist the plunger while pushing down (this happens easier than you would think), the plunger will either lock in the down position OR you will have to wiggle it back up so you can push…
good but can be finiky i have had 2 oggi pumpmasters for a few years for work and they have been great – but the issues are the “o rings/diaphragms/gaskets”.If one gets lost or broken you are out the $45 pot.I have been searching for a replacement part and can not find anything on line… i am going to call the us main office and see what type of help they offer.If they can help me with replacing the top gasket it will put them at a five star to me again.
Forget About It Only purchased this piece of garbage on Nov 14, 2014 to use for hot coffee at our local Senior Citizen center. Here it is 6 months later and it does not work. Looking under the cover there is a RUBBER diaphragm that is melted or warped. Tried to get help fromamazon where I bought it and my inquiry goes Round Robin and I can’t even get a phone number to talk the one of those intelligent beings at Amazon. Don’t waste your money This Is Garbage!!!
